Prenatal Aquatics: designed for expectant mothers. This program will utilize core stabilization, endurance, and strengthening exercises. Beneficial exercises will include upper back and rear shoulder muscle conditioning, strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation techniques, inner and outer thigh strengthening.
Waterbabies: designed to help develop swimming readiness by leading parents and their children in water exploration activities with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable in, on, and around the water. For children to 3 years of age. Swim Diapers are required.
Joint Venture: A non-aerobic class designed primarily for those individuals with arthritis. Slow toning exercises, gentle stretches, and movement to put all the major joints through a range of motions all done in the friendly warm water environment.
